FootworkIn each and every drill footwork and foot quickness will be developed. Quickness can be improved through all of the different drills that we focus on. Footwork is the foundation of all great players, whether they are post players or perimeter players. Your game starts with your feet.
|
MovesPlayers will be pushed to make single and combination moves to improve their ball handling and their ability to create space from their defender. Moves based off of Kobe Bryant (use of the pivot foot), Evan Turner (between the legs retreat dribble), Tony Parker (Euro step) and Chris Paul (combination dribbles) highlight a few of the drills that create space from the defender.
